The Domestic Pricing team is responsible for pricing strategy execution and the competitive positioning of Delta's published fare offerings. Provide industry fare insights about the domestic fare environment to the broader Domestic Pricing Team.

Responsibilities
Monitor, initiate and communicate industry pricing actions including changes to fare levels, fare rules, policies, and pricing strategy execution.
Maintain fare structures to best segment customers and maximize revenue.
Identify and analyze competitor changes to the pricing environment by determining the scope of the change and recommending/implementing appropriate pricing adjustment. Provide a post-audit assessment of action taken
Provide insights gained from monitoring competitor fare and rule changes
Provide technical pricing support and be a fare rule subject matter expert to the broader pricing organization
Work efficiently as part of a closely integrated team and adapt to changes
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Must be detail-oriented and have proven analytical and communication skills
Ability to work well with others in a time sensitive team environment
Ability to meet deadlines, service level commitments, and manage multiple tasks
Ability to set priorities in a time sensitive environment based on revenue impact and be able to manage several responsibilities at once
Must be able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual contributor
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Experience with market data analysis, pricing segmentation, and profitability
SQL/Tableau experience
