How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The DPS Delta Client Coordinator role provides subject matter expertise and support to the DPS team assigned to Delta Air Lines. The incumbent should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 Air Carrier Operations and the ability to manipulate and analyze data. This client support position will report to the DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
Provide operational support to DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations
Serve as subject matter expert on DPS policies and procedures and provide support to instructors and Flight Operations Support personnel assigned to Delta Air Lines
Manipulate and analyze data
Create reports for DPS and Delta client leadership
Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders
Partner with DPS Operations and Administrative teams to complete project tasks as assigned
Review standard procedures and provide feedback
Specific duties as assigned by DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Solid organizational and leadership skills

Familiarity with Airline Flight Operations infrastructures
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and the ability to learn Delta/DPS software
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail

Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
Problem Solving - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.

Attention to Detail - Ability to produce work that is compliant and error-free while meeting established deadlines.
