The Product Strategy team within Delta’s Revenue Management organization is hiring a Senior Analyst! This team is responsible for driving the revenue performance of Delta’s products and developing the next generation of customer offerings. Our goal is to make Delta the best retailer in travel, providing consumers with relevant products that are easy to buy.
The Premium Products team is focused on Delta’s premium seat products (Delta One, First Class, Delta Premium Select, and Comfort+), a significant contributor to Delta’s continued revenue growth. This team partners with stakeholders across the company to refine our premium product offering to meet customer needs, strengthen customers’ emotional ties to the brand, and provide the right offers to the right customers at the right time.
Find opportunities to drive Premium revenue and policy enhancements based on market research and data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with and influence partners across both Commercial and Operational divisions including Revenue Management, Digital, Commercial Delivery, Onboard Experience, Loyalty, Reservations, and Sales
Develop strategic roadmaps and project plans to drive action and accountability.
Prioritize and implement initiatives with cross-functional teams, effectively balance the needs and priorities of various collaborators, and clearly communicate benefits and trade-offs vital to move projects towards completion.
Articulate insights, recommendations, and progress to leadership teams through concise PowerPoint presentations and verbal communication.
Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product lines, advise cross commercial partners on policy application and trending performance.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Ability to balance multiple priorities with minimal oversight and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with spreadsheet manipulation and quantitative analysis in Microsoft Excel.
Outstanding communication skills and experience building executive presentations.
Must proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and seek to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, or Hyperion/Brio.
Prior experience within travel and/or hospitality industry.
