The Program Manager, IFEC Data Architect & Tech Integration is a new role on the In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC) team. This individual will enable accurate, near real-time visibility into the performance of Delta’s onboard digital platforms by driving linkages between data sources, including Delta’s personalization engine, customer data, partner data, and vendor data from Adobe and Qualtrics. Once built, the data integration will facilitate high impact decisions around content optimization and customer engagement strategies that directly affect Delta’s bottom line and Net Promotor Score. The successful candidate will build a deep knowledge of Delta’s data infrastructure and will work with data groups across the enterprise to find creative solutions to activate data in onboard digital channels. This individual will work closely with data owners across Delta, including IT, Digital, Loyalty, Consumer Insight, Privacy, and others.
This role is based in Atlanta and will report to the General Manager of IFEC Analytics, Performance, & Tech.
Collaborate with business and technical partners to establish a target data architecture to power a personalized onboard digital experience
Understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements to support customer engagement and optimization in IFEC
Influence internal and external partners to connect data sources to provide team with critical data needed to improve customer satisfaction and revenue generation
Represent IFEC personalization within customer data working groups and champion technology and tools integration, such as a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Lead partner data integration directly with Delta or through third-party data managers
Identify efficient and meaningful ways to disseminate data to satisfy IFEC needs, leveraging existing and emerging technologies
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Excellent communicator, able to liaise seamlessly between business & technical teams, working groups and senior leaders, within Delta and with partners and vendors
Experience with data mining and segmentation techniques and familiarity with data modeling, analysis, and visualization tools
Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with minimal oversight, and working effectively with cross-functional teams
Minimal Domestic US and international travel may be required.
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position

Experience in data integration, data warehouse, and data analytics architecture and design principles
Experience in addressing security requirements, data privacy, data security, and data integration needs
Experience in python, SQL, and/or AWS
