Delta Air Lines, Inc. Program Leader-Employee Survey & Analytics in Atlanta, Georgia

The Program Leader-Employee Engagement Survey and Analytics will handle a variety of responsibilities for the Global Employee Engagement & Recognition department.

This position will handle all aspects of engagement survey development, deployment, training and analytics for all levels of Delta Leaders and stakeholders.

Lead program development and implementation for the company wide survey

Build relationships and collaborate across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements

Coordinate with survey vendor partners to develop training and ad-hoc reporting when required by the business

Streamline internal data gathering and survey process - act as single point of contact for all engagement survey related needs and ensure divisions are educated in the types of survey tools available to them

Assist in compilation of event briefings for leaders and Delta executive participants

Responsible for relationship management with survey vendor partners

Analyze and recognize patterns in employee survey results

Research external engagement and diversity best practices and key market trends with an eye to future survey development

Candidates must possess a competitive mix of the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration, communications, or relevant work experience required

Minimum 3-5 years related work experience with strong project management and employee engagement experience required

Demonstrated ability to address complex issues in a clear, thoughtful manner and come to a resolution quickly

Work collaboratively and be a consensus builder in a complex environment

Demonstrated ability to interact and work with all levels of the organization and across functions

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex projects to completion

Proficiency on use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, programs a plus

Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
