FINANCE AT DELTA
Finance roles at Delta can be grouped broadly into two categories: corporate and divisional. Corporate finance departments evaluate strategic investments or opportunities, forecast and analyze expenses enterprise wide, and handle external reporting. Divisional finance departments serve as a strategic partner to the business units they support, helping the division manage revenues and expenses and achieve their goals. Associates will rotate between both Corporate and Divisional Finance roles while in the two-year program. Upon completion, MBA Associates have the option to work in the following areas:

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Finance Strategy MBA Leadership Development Program consists of a summer associate internship program and a full-time associate program within the Finance Division. Roles provide program participants interesting, meaningful, and challenging work with a supportive leadership team committed to their professional growth and development.
Full-time associates complete two one-year rotations in Corporate Finance or Divisional roles.
MBA Associates are offered numerous opportunities to learn about their functional areas as well as other parts of the organization and are encouraged to attend speaker events with company executives to gain insight into high level company strategy as well as gain exposure to senior leadership. Furthermore, several classroom and virtual training sessions are offered for continual development and growth of skills.
MBA Associates are eligible for future promotional opportunities after successful completion of the program.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Current MBA Student.
Students must have a planned MBA program graduation date by the Summer of 2025.
At least three years of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience.
Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internship.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Ideal candidates have strong analytical, leadership, written and verbal communication skills and have demonstrated to be a collaborator and creative problem-solver. with a concentration in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or another analytical field.
