Job Summary:

The Manager Talent Planning & Enablement will serve as the end to end Talent Consultant working in close partnership with the Talent COE, HR Business Partners, and Business leaders to drive our talent priorities in alignment with our corporate strategy. This position requires strong influencing skills, and the confidence and competence to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Partner with HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership Team to lead talent planning and enablement, leadership development and retention strategies.

Responsible for providing talent management expertise to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders

Lead the Talent Planning process for assigned Divisions

In partnership with Leadership Development team, curates development experiences to support development plans

Builds leadership capabilities through facilitation of development and learning events

Provide research, analysis, consultation and recommendations for the talent planning process

Serves as thought partner and advisor to HR Business Partners and Business leaders as it relates to talent practices, talent assessment/measurement, talent development, and succession management

Partners with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders on talent pipeline and planning and ensuring effective use of succession plans

In partnership with HR, business leaders, and the Diversity & Inclusion COE, participate in the development of customized diversity and inclusion strategies, including diversity pipeline efforts.

Uses Talent data to make recommendations and identify trends and focuses for the assigned Divisions

Measures impact of solutions against clear metrics

Leverages technology as a key enabler in becoming "best practice" as an organization.

Support the Business and Global Talent Management by participating on projects as requested

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in business, HR, industrial psychology or other related field a plus. Minimum 5 years in Business Management and/or Human Resources and Talent Management.

Deep talent management expertise and experience implementing talent planning strategies required.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal/ influencing skills. Proven ability dealing with all levels of management, developing relationships within the organization, and leveraging the formal and informal organizational structure to assist in goal achievement.

Proven record in management and navigation in a matrix organization and in building collaborative relationships with all levels of leaders and employees in both an operational and corporate environments

Ability to inspire action and lead cross-functionally to achieve results without direct authority.

Broad business acumen and systems thinking, continuous learning approach to the business and strong curiosity to understand contexts.

Strong ability to lead and apply organizational and change practices; ability to influence change at all levels within an organization.

Excellent written and oral presentation skills with the ability to influence others and present effectively to diverse audiences.

Solid business acumen and problem solver, as well as high emotional intelligence, influence and strategic thinking skills are a must.
