Delta Air Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for IT Senior Business Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering requirements, planning, analysis & troubleshooting of HCM and SuccessFactors systems.

  • Ensure the design of systems that support business needs.

  • Implement integrated and tested product on schedule.

  • Use system knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, gaps, and opportunities to convert that knowledge into effective implementation.

  • Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms, as well as how data is used and integrated across recruitment and other areas of HR/HRIS to understand integration points and system dependencies.

  • Manage implementation of upgrades and patches post go-live -including testing, validation, and communication.

  • Lead integration test planning activities, system change management activities, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives for HCM system.

  • Work with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and run standard, compliance, and custom reports.

  • Assist with the development of training documentation and delivering end user training as needed.

  • Troubleshoot, coach, and provide general support and day-to-day issue resolution to end users in HR.

  • Perform analyses and develop solutions that solve business problems/opportunities.

  • Manage role-based security to ensure accurate functionality for users.

  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of HR data.

  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors to accomplish shared goals and assist with delivery of HR Technology roadmap initiatives.

  • Assist with production of high-quality documentation, including business requirements, procedural documentation, operational and process flow documents, test scripts and communications.

  • Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field, and 7 years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field, and 4 years of related experience.

Must have work experience in:

  • SAPSuccessFactors including the following modules: Employee central, Compensation management, Learning management (Airline compliance), and Performance & Goals

  • *

SAP ECC ERP integrations with SuccessFactors cloud;

  • Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding 2.0

  • *

End-to-end implementation of SAP applications including requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, and training

  • SAP ECC Human Capital management, Employee data management, Payroll & Time management
