How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Act as primary financial adviser for ACS International Field Directors and Station Managers focused on the Latin region covering up to 65 stations. Support development of the annual operating plan and the monthly close and forecast process including variance analysis, monthly reporting, volume, and FX. Act as central contact for region and stations on proper accounting treatment, analysis of costs, and any capital purchases. Communicate with other supporting functions such as purchasing/supply chain, human resources, corporate real estate, etc. to clarify procedures related to expenditures for labor, services, materials, etc. Communicate with station management, field directors, and region leadership to provide feedback on ongoing financial performance. Work as a team member to develop best practices and provide tactical analysis for the region supported, as well as offer solutions to streamline and automate processes. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Must be willing to travel internationally up to 10% of the time to station/field locations.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

A college degree in business, finance or related field required. Previous experience in financial planning, financial reporting, or other finance related position. Should possess significant business maturity, an analytical mindset and be able to work under pressure managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel, as well as working knowledge of SAP, Essbase, and database query tools such as SQL or SAS. Should have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must be flexible.
