Delta Air Lines, Inc. Global Support Representative in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Summary: The primary role of a GSR is to assist above-wing ACS front line employees when a technical or procedural issue arises. In addition they will also relay and enforce current corporate policies and procedures, ticketing, and gate agent flight handling. Should be proficient in SNAPP and Deltamatic, and interpreting International Documentation in TIMATIC. Global Support Representative provides first level support for technical and procedural assistance to the following departments including ACS, Information Technology, Charters, Reservation Operation Center, Skyteam, Codeshare and OAL support desks.

Job Qualifications: Minimum 3 years Airport Customer Service (ACS) preferred within the last 5 years, to include: both domestic and international ticketing, ACS Counter check in and gates with both DLTerm and SNAPP. A highly skilled knowledge of PC use and Microsoft Office software applications is required. Applicants must possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and problem solve. Must be able to multitask and balance priorities to ensure individual as well as team performance goals are met, demonstrating good time management skills. Should be able to perform under tight time constraints and be able to take initiatives to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environment. They also must be currently performing satisfactorily in present position.
