The Analyst/Specialist - Digital Analytics will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics support for the digital channels organization and its stakeholders. The digital analytics team works closely with the digital organization to support, track and measure the success of projects and initiatives. In addition, the role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Technology team to ensure accurate tagging and associated measurement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities include:

•Developing and analyzing reports on the performance of digital channels. Influencing the development of new datasets that will shape the future of digital channels reporting and insight generation. Modifying and updating traditional digital analytics reporting to better align with Revenue Management KPIs and a commercially oriented focus.

•Producing regularly scheduled reports for digital channels, explaining variances to plan, forecast, and prior periods and making recommendations to senior leaders to enhance performance.

•Working with the Product team, senior leadership and the Digital Marketing Technology team to determine reporting needs, develop data capabilities ahead of major product launches, and produce insights for future testing and optimization.

•Implementing solutions to streamline and automate reporting processes. This may include creating analyses using Adobe Analytics, building and manipulating datasets, SQL programming using SAS or other tools, and utilizing data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Cognos.

•Performing ad hoc data analysis in support of the product teams and senior leadership.

•Practicing safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedure.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

•Bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or equivalent work experience required.

•Candidate must possess strong technical skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel, SQL, creating datasets, database querying and report development tools (SAS, Tableau, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.). Willingness to learn new tools and quickly develop new skills is essential.

•Must have strong organizational, communication (both oral and written), time management, and analytical skills along with the ability to develop effective relationships.

•Successful applicants will have demonstrated initiative and a high degree of success in working in cross-functional team environments.

•Must be able to work with highly confidential information, moderate supervision and should be able to work under strict deadlines and on multiple projects concurrently.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

•Three years of related technical and/or data analysis experience is highly desirable.

•Experience using digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is highly desirable.
